Ore Dock Brewing Co.: Discover Marquette's Favorite Brewery

We visited the Ore Dock Brewery on our wedding day in September of 2022. It was the perfect place to bring a snack and have a drink while out and about taking pictures in Marquette. The staff was super friendly and opened up the upstairs for us which we had to ourselves making for some really cool wedding day pictures. The beer was amazing! I am a huge IPA fan and my husband likes stout and wheat beer. Loved the Superdank IPA and the entire atmosphere. Must visit spot if you are in the area.

Ore Dock Brewing is a wonderful brewery and facility. I was there for a private party held upstairs and it was a great experience. Great beer, wine and hard seltzer options. It tried 6 different beers and they were all excellent. The facility is beautiful as well with a great new outdoor seating area out back of the upstairs area along with a new bar. Highly recommend if you are invthe marquette area!

I’ve always loved the Ore Dock Brewery and had some fun there every summer while visiting BUT the new outdoor Biergarten is WOW WOW WOW just spectacular. Has its own outdoor bar, and with a hole in the wall to the stage, could hear the live band play! What a location. Had a hibiscus ginger beer soothing cocktail that was super yummy! Highly recommend stopping to shop sip and listen to music, great vibe!

Ore Dock is a fantastic brewery. It has some of the better beers I've tried in Michigan. The people and the bartenders are kind and friendly. The blonde bartender was one of the more welcoming and friendly bartenders I've had in a long time. She deserves a promotion/raise. They don't serve food, but the taco truck posted outside of it has some of the best tacos I've ever tried. Should I find myself in Marquette again, I'll definitely go back to Ore Dock. Excellent!

there are several excellent breweries in Marquette — this one has the vibe I prefer, which is a bit funky, very laid back and not remotely pretentious. the beers we tried were all good, and sometimes interesting (a lot of Saisons).

Got to this place when I was wandering around the downtown. I saw many friendly faces met I along the lakeshore trail. I really love this lively atmosphere that everyone is so close. And taste of beers is definitely wonderful. It must be a very impressive part for my abbreviated stay in Marquette.

Amazing atmosphere. Staff is incredible and so easy to chat with at the bar. Our favorite beers were the Bramble Nitro, Low Hanging Fruit, and the Concrete Zamboni. Delicious tacos from Dia de los Tacos (at least on Wednesdays)! This place came highly recommended from folks in the area and we will be back again on our next trip

First visit to Ore Dock! My server, Lorena was so welcoming, her crunchy personality inspires me to move to the area! The atmosphere is warm and comfortable; we had easy conversations with each brewtender. The beer is excellent! Weekend at Tauntauns IPA is where it’s at. My first sip was equatable to an American eagle cawing her very first caw as she set sights on the Statue of Liberty herself.
